HIFIS Improvement Project

From time to time, we undertake larger-scale studies, soliciting feedback from communities on a particular issue and publishing detailed reports.

Our next planned improvement projects:

  • Housing Matching. We're going to look at ways to match your high priority clients to available housing resources.

  • Follow-Ups. This is the last housing piece, and we're going to look at improving how follow-ups are done. Currently, you can only do follow-ups to Housing Placements and Housing Loss Prevention, and clients are considered actively receiving services until the last follow-up is complete.
