The following actions are not stored in the Audit Log. They are all in a module that contains sub-modules. For example, if you click on Health in the Client Information menu, there are tabs for Heath Issues, Medication, and Dietary Requirements. It is logged that you go to the "Health" section but not which tab you're viewing.
