After editing VI-SPDATs and changing the case manager, the SPDAT Intake list for some clients is now showing 3 SPDAT entries for the same date/time with 3 different case managers.  When you display each one they show that Sherri created and updated them on September 11th.

Staff have been updating the Case Managers on these SPDAT’s for some time now (over a year) so that it reflects the current case manager’s name on the By Name List report.  When we look at a couple of case manager updates that were performed by Dana Williams on September 4th, no errors, current case manager’s name is associated to the SPDAT but it does show on the SPDAT that Dana created and edited the SPDAT on September 4th.
