There has been some feedback from folks here in Ottawa, where some clients do not wish to have their information shared with only one, or multiple specific organizations.

For example if someone had a terrible experience with one organization and did not consent to that agency to see their info, but anyone else is fine, there is no option to do that.

Would there be any utility to have a consent type like this?
