It probably makes sense to, for example, have the City/Province/Postal Code mandatory for the Directory of Services if you want to utilize the mapping feature to find nearby services. However, the same logic might not apply for Housing History. For example, if someone is recording that their Housing Type is Encampment or Vehicle, they're unlikely to have a Postal Code. It would be good if we could make it mandatory for some screens and not others.
