With an instance as big as British Columbia, user account management is increasingly important, especially when onboarding hundreds of new service providers and thousands of new users. It would be very helpful to be able to perform bulk actions on multiple user accounts, such as:

• Bulk activate/deactivate

• Bulk modify service providers from profile

• Bulk add Rights Template
