In previous versions of HIFIS (e.g., 4.0.59.7.1) the browser was redirected to the Custom Reports tab after uploading a custom report. This is no longer occurring in HIFIS 4.0.60.4. Instead, when uploading a custom report in 4.0.60.4, the following occurs:
After pressing the Save button, a green ‘Data Saved’ balloon is shown in the top right corner of the screen.
The browser remains on the ‘Add Report Form’, but the title of the ‘Add Report’ form is changed to ‘Report Generator | [Report Name].

Adding Admission, Food Bank, Housing Placement, SPDAT, or Turnaways service resets the ‘Date Updated’ on the client profile to the date the service was created.
Adding a Case Management Goal resets the ‘Created By’ and ‘Updated By’ to the person creating the case management goal. It also resets the ‘Date Created’ and ‘Date Updated’ fields to the date when the case management goal was created.
When editing a client’s vitals in HIFIS 4.0.60.3 and 60.4, the HIFIS application sets the client’s Chronically Homeless status to ‘No’, regardless of the client's current Chronically Homeless status. This may cause the Chronically Homeless status of some clients to be reported incorrectly by the application.
Slow load time of the Client List in HIFIS 4.0.60.2.1 when the Client List filter is set to Active or All.
Upon further investigation, the HIFIS application sends a query to the database for every client in the list to determine their racial identity. With thousands of clients appearing in the ‘Active’ and ‘All’ client lists, this adds significant delay to the loading of the client list.

When attempting to upgrade the HIFIS database in our test environment using the database upgrade script for HIFIS version 4.0.60.2, we ran out of disk space.
This did not occur when upgrading our test environment to any version of HIFIS prior to 4.0.60.2.
To see what was causing this, I ran the database upgrade script on my laptop (which has more space).
The size of tempDB transaction log had increased from 4 GB to almost 30 GB after running the script.
Subsequent executions of the sp_UpdateClientCh…
The Client Management - Bulletins list does not work properly when a client has more than 10 bulletins.
Attempting to view any bulletin after the 10th bulletin will open it in a new window that is missing the HIFIS Application interface.
Steps to reproduce:
Log onto demo.hifis.ca.
Open the client profile for client Wendell Conrelius (ClientID 3004).
Click Client Management and select Bulletins.
On the Client - Bulletins List, click the Next button to move to Page 2.
View the Bulletin on Page 2.

After upgrading to HIFIS 4.0.59.7.1 from HIFIS 4.0.59.4, we received several complaints that some of our clients were no longer appearing in search results. These clients were active but not visible in the search results using any of the All, Active, Inactive and Deceased filters.
Initial troubleshooting found that these ‘missing’ clients had all been merged with other client profile(s) in the past and had active Declined – Anonymous and Explicit consents assigned to their profile from the clie…
