In 4.0.60, when users are sent a password reset link, the host (first) portion of the URL is missing.
For example, it will say: "Please click the following link to reset your password: /Account/ResetPassword/123456"
Instead of the necessary: "https://acre.hifis.site/Account/ResetPassword/123456"
When a client that previously had Declined - Anonymous consent, but subsequently has an Explicit consent, and then the Explicit consent expired, the client will revert to being hidden from the previous Declined - Anonymous consent. The client can only be activated again by the original service provider.
This seems to be related to a fix/new in 4.0.59.6
After updating to version 60, service providers may have randomly become unsubscribed from some look-up values. This is particularly present in Waiting Lists, although it's unclear if the issue is present elsewhere.
For example, at Service Provider #1, when I look at Waiting Request Reason, I see that everybody is now unsubscribed from all values.
The issue is also present for Waiting List Status.
If you want to add a client to a waiting list, there's no options in the drop-downs.

We can see some housing history on HIFIS but then on some files (not sure how many) they are visually missing more recent records.
When staff try and create new ones or edit older ones, as they can’t visually see them, it gives one of the attached screenshots.
When we click on the “Go to…” records open, but even after trying to re-save or edit them they still can’t be displayed.
