In my opinion, it should work like the Service Restrictions All | Current filter, where records show as Current if the End Date and Time are in the future. However, the way the Storage List works right now is that records only show as Current if the End Date and Time is left blank. If End Date and Time is filled in, even with a future date, a record won’t show with the filter toggled to Current.

In testing 4.0.60.2.1 I noticed that some of the fields are cut off. They are not displaying as they do in 4.0.59.4, which we have in production.
We are currently testing version 4.0.60.2.1. I’m having a problem with saving changes to user accounts.
The steps I took:
Administration menu > Users
Go to an existing user (Active or Inactive), click User Account (under Action).
Replace Service Providers currently connected to user account with other Service Providers (and make Default one of the new Service Providers)

Not a bug report today but a challenging intended behaviour. I'm not sure which version this new feature was introduced, but there is a newish feature that prohibits adding new consent records when one already exists. However, this creates challenges for users when they see that a client's consent is about to expire. In Niagara, they use enforce consent plus automatic expiry after 365 days.

Because so many staff work at more than one service provider, many staff should be making the conscious decision of which service provider to log in at, instead of always going to the default for their user profile.
Not giving them the choice means that they could log in at the wrong service provider, fail to notice, and then accidentally add some records that are attributed to the wrong service provider. That would result in an accuracy and access problem.
