Lots of energy today! Here's some of what we chatted about:

• Lots of discussion about 60.5 and what bugs have been found

• Questions about RROL reporting and specifically with Housing Placements

• Talked about racial identity and physical disability in HIFIS

Today we talked about:

• Pero wanted to know about 60.5

• Lindsey asked for input about housing resources that weren't housing units. They're working on getting providers to commit to taking people off the BNL. Lots of communities provided input about how it works for them.

• Matt wanted to know about one-person families

Lovely to see everyone today. Lots of stuff going on. Today we talked about:

• Referrals project - Nancy wanted to know what was going on

• MMAH - new reporting requirements related to unsheltered and encampments. Which is nice timing because of HIFIS 4.0.60.5, newly released, with big updates to the encampments module.

• COR report - some who are not coming to next week's learning session asked for me to give them a sneak peak

• AOC3 - how are communities doing that? Some really good conversation about that!

We're going deep on activity and inactivity!

• Kat shared some information that 17% of her active clients were over the 90-day inactivity threshold but hadn't received any services in 90 days. She has a script from HICC that verifies this, and she's curious how prevalent this issue is in other communities. Here's a link to the SQL code. • Several communities are currently testing the new COR report. 

• Pero asked about how communities are validating the (older) CHR report and what the definitions were.

First call in a while, since the last one was cancelled. This week we had about 12 people. Here were some highlights:

• Transitional housing - if a client moves in to housing for only a couple days, is there a way we can record this but not count it as a transition to housing?

• Veteran confirmation - North Bay's VAC office told them they needed a SIN number to confirm veteran status, which is of course a big challenge

• CAEH innovation funding - lots of communities applying and crossing their fingers

• Immigrations & refugees - funding available through the Interim Housing Assistance Program, lots of discussion about data needs

Due to March Break, there will be no one around to chair the meeting, so we decided to postpone until March 21.
