Change in VI-SPDAT saving behaviour

Hey y'all, I just found out that in version 60+, when you're doing a VI-SPDAT, it no longer requires you to answer all the fields. Previously if you didn't answer all the fields and hit save, it would give you a pop-up telling you you had to answer them all. And it wouldn't calculate anything. Now it looks like it does in fact calculate. However, it seems to default to assuming you answered "No" to all unanswered questions. So for example, I didn't answer anything for Socialization and Daily Functions (Adult v2) and it assigned the client 3 points for this section, probably because it's assuming my client doesn't have any money, can't take care of basic needs, and doesn't have any meaningful daily activities.
