Big group today! It was great to welcome some new members like @Alysia Woelbern. Today we talked about:
Housing Placements, in particular what to do when clients need to be re-housed as a continuation of the same service. Technically you're supposed to start a new Housing Placement, but then there's some confusion about whether that would count as multiple move-ins or not (since HIFIS would count it as a new, distinct service).
Data wrangling, in which you can arrange your data to be more useful when you're analyzing it. For example, if a client has 3 one-day shelter stays in a row, you could "wrangle" your data to make it look like that was a single 3-day shelter stay. You could do the same for multiple related Housing Placements.
How many communities grant users secondary rights in order to access case notes belonging to a different service provider? We did a poll and found out that it was 83% (small sample size though).
