We're going deep on activity and inactivity!

  • Kat shared some information that 17% of her active clients were over the 90-day inactivity threshold but hadn't received any services in 90 days. She has a script from HICC that verifies this, and she's curious how prevalent this issue is in other communities. Here's a link to the SQL code.   • Several communities are currently testing the new COR report

  • Pero asked about how communities are validating the (older) CHR report and what the definitions were.
