Search Ended Date shows incorrect date

In Housing Placements, the Search Ended Date field shows the latest of:

But Follow Ups happen, by definition, after the search has ended, so adding a Follow Up should not affect the Search Ended Date

This has turned out to not be quite true:

It doesn't look at follow ups
It does get triggered by doing a Move-In but uses the CURRENT DATE instead of the user-specified Move-In Date, which is what was leading to some confusion here
