Can't move mobile beds
Beds can be labelled as "Mobile" but that doesn't do anything. We need the ability to move beds from one room to another.
The current workaround is to add a bunch of extra beds and mark them out of service most of the time; and you couldn’t rely on HIFIS for measuring your capacity.

May 6, 2026: "This feature has been raised multiple times over the years and, although it was previously identified by the HIFIS team as “in progress,” it was ultimately never implemented in any released version of HIFIS 4. There also hasn’t been any formal follow‑up shared with communities since that time, which is why the gap has persisted and workarounds have become common.
Given how long it has been and the continued impact this limitation has on shelter operations, I will be submitting a new enhancement request on your behalf to see whether implementing mobile beds is possible now. The request will include the full history and rationale to ensure the issue is clearly understood."
