BUG in Coordinated Access: First Episode

First homeless episode: shows yes for someone who has no housing history data and for clients in transitional housing (is transitional housing counted towards homelessness days?), but does not capture yes for those with shelter stays

I looked into the coding more deeply. The Housing History portion appears to be calculating more or less correctly but the Stays portion is not. The code says that if the client has any stay in the Admissions module at all, then "First Episode" = No. So that does mean if the client is currently staying in shelter and they just booked in 5 minutes ago, then First Episode would indicate "No." Also, the query doesn't honour stay types, so if it was a stay at a Transitional shelter that would be treated the same as at an Emergency shelter.
