Hoping to be able to put a small change on your to-do list. With the advent of the inactivity policy (which is GREAT!) all of a sudden the Client List in HIFIS seems rather full of inactive clients (which is normal). My request is can you switch the default view for the Client List to filter "Active" as opposed to "All"? It seems like an easy fix and it would make things look much tidier!
