We have noticed in version 4.0.60.3 in particular that the relationship between the Date of Birth and Veteran Status field is faulty.

When entering a date of birth manually (not by using the calendar), more often than not users are getting the blue popup saying the client must be over 15 and the veteran status field is greyed out. Each time the user has to refresh the page in order for the veteran status field to be accessible. Sometimes the system gets stuck and it won’t make it accessible at all after many attempts.

When entering a date of birth using the calendar feature, it automatically selects today’s date before the user can make a selection, which also causes the same issue.

This issue is not consistent unfortunately but does happen most of the time.
