HIFIS Health Check

Is anyone else unable to run it or is it just our instance? (We're using the latest version) Build 4.0.60.5.1 (NB)

The following steps resolved the issue for us:

  1. Changed the database driver from SQL Server Native Client 11.0 to Microsoft OLE DB Driver for SQL Server. This is also a better practice to follow, as SQL Server Native Client 11.0 is deprecated.

  2. Changed the SQL database connection method from Windows Integrated Security to SQL Server Authentication, using the Server/Host name, SQL username, and password.

  3. Saved the Crystal Report with the updated database connection settings.

  4. Uploaded the updated report to the HIFIS Web Portal and run the report.

Try it and see if that works for you
