Bulk fixing open case files. HICC has provided a script to bulk end date case files that have a Closed status but no end date. However, this used a fixed end date, so for example, you declare the end date to be January 1, 2026 and that would apply to all affected cases. It would probably be better to go through and figure out the accurate end date for each case. Simcoe might have an alternative script.
What about case files that still have an Open status but have been open for years with no activity?
Executive directors, they're kind of a problem when it comes to HIFIS access and stale user accounts. You don't want to give them too many rights, but they need to feel special. Consider: just giving them access to run reports.
