Can't add Service Restriction if user has rights template
When I attempted to add a Service Restriction using an account that has a Rights Template, I get the message "Sequence contains no elements".
Workaround: remove Rights Template from user.

We no longer receive this error when adding a Service Restriction but are still receiving it when editing a Service Restriction to remove Service Providers that were added to the Service Restriction in error originally. The same workaround still works, of copy rights and un-link template, but we haven't been doing that as a practice since the fix for adding Service Restrictions.
