Custom table not displaying fields
We have found a strange issue in testing 60.3 related to custom tables and we aren’t quite sure what is going on, nor can we reliably reproduce it.
Intermittently, some of our custom tables are showing "No Custom Fields: There are no custom fields available for this custom table." instead of displaying the form.

Potential workaround: edit the layout of the affected custom table, and click Save
Might be a side-effect of fixing this issue: Incorrect Custom Table field ordering
