Deceased Clients are inactive in 60.4
in updating to 60.4 - all of our Clients that were previously deceased were marked as inactive.

Kat: Resolved in 4.0.60.4.2 (From happening AGAIN) BUT It did not re-mark all of the deceased. We had to pull a list from out db backup and MANUALLY reset all clients. Was a huge PITA.
