When updating from a version where you were unable to customize lookup values to a version where you can now customize lookup values, only the default Service Provider (i.e. OrganizationID = 1, the first Service Provider created in HIFIS) is subscribed to the values in the lookup table.

• In 59.4 "Waiting Request Status" and Waiting Request Reason"

• In 60.5 "Consent Types"

WORKAROUND: You will need to subscribe all other service providers to the desired values in the lookup table.
